Our interactive ‘Compliance Workshop’ sessions are delivered by our expert food safety restaurant auditors, and lead auditors and take place on-site. Attendees value these sessions as an opportunity to discuss their challenges and understand that the auditor is there to help and coach teams, so they are empowered and confident to proactively mitigate risk and achieve high food safety standards. Training could include topics such as brand standards, mitigating allergen risk, pest control, health & safety, hygiene, labelling, food safety and compliance. With these sessions taking place on-site the trainer will include a restaurant and kitchen walk-around highlighting best practice.
