Yvonne Lenighan, Ph.D, Associate Director - Europe, Food & Nutrition
Yvonne leads the European Office of the Assuris Food and Nutrition Group. The team play an integral role in the authorisation of novel foods, food additives and enzymes in the European Union and the United Kingdom, in addition to regulatory consulting and dietary exposure assessments.
Yvonne is a recognized expert in dietary exposure assessments and has extensive experience in modeling dietary intake data to estimate human exposure to food chemicals, ingredients and nutrients in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and other jurisdictions. She has authored numerous original research and review publications in this area.
Yvonne has recently obtained her Chartered Manager qualification from the Chartered Management Institute.
