Since the start of REACH in 2009, companies have been submitting phase-in and non phase-in dossiers to ECHA (European Chemicals Authority in Helsinki). Whilst the review situation on phase-in dossiers reaches a predicted 15% of dossiers submitted, non phase-in dossiers are treated as new chemicals and hence each dossier is reviewed by ECHA and the competent authorities (CA).
The purpose of this webinar is to share with you experiences in the processes under REACH like interpretation differences of guidelines between industry and competent authorities, difficulties with substance id and sameness checks, responses to (non)-testing proposals and read-across approaches. Furthermore, a vision will be given on the current situation on intermediates and polymers and the challenges regarding Safety Data Sheets.
Real-time examples will be presented and commented by technical experts from Intertek and members of the national Dutch industry association. Download a FREE copy of this webinar presentation today reviewing case studies and how you can improve the efficiency for preparing your dossiers.
