Assessing Pushchairs and Strollers for Entrapment Hazards and Durability
Prams, pushchairs, and strollers, also known as wheeled child conveyances, can present a range of hazards to infants. Robust assessment of these products to EN 1888–1:2018 or EN 1888-2:2018 standards is important to ensure that all risks are assessed including chemical, thermal and mechanical hazards entrapment, entanglement and suffocation hazards.
