Recommend prior knowledge: FD116 ISO 9001:2015 Foundation (QMS).

This course is designed for delegates who have prior knowledge of ISO management system principles and concepts, and the requirements of the respective standard they are willing to qualify for. Before signing up for the course the delegates need to be able to explain the purpose of a management system, of management systems standards, of management system audit, of third-party certification and the business benefits of improved performance of the management system. The course curriculum will require delegates to apply and extend their prior knowledge in the context of performing a management system audit.
