Contact us today to get started. You will receive a follow-up call within 24 hours, at which time your Intertek Account Manager will answer your questions and prepare a customized quotation per your certification needs. Upon return of your completed Alarm Service Company Application and signed quotation, we’ll work with you to set up the initial date of inspection, including a review of up to three of your most recent installations.
A representative from your company will need to coordinate and accompany our auditors to the protected premises for initial site inspections. The inspections will be conducted in accordance with the applicable standards and codes. Once the field inspections have been completed, our auditor will release a report of findings within 5 business days. This summary will outline any deficiencies or observations identified during the inspections and provide a timeline for resolution.
Upon satisfactory review of the inspection and subsequent responses, Intertek will release an Authorization Certificate which will establish your Listing status. This certificate will allow your company to issue certificates under Intertek’s program. You will have the ability to access Intertek’s My Test Central database, which will allow you to generate a temporary (two-week expiration) certificate that can be previewed, printed and handed to an AHJ on the spot.
