Included in the price of the analysis, this premium service removes the burden from your vessel’s crew, placing the responsibility of sample collection and delivery on Intertek Lintec and DHL. 

Hassle-Free Sample Collection

With the Priority Advantage Desk, you can easily arrange sample collections using either the PAD form provided in your sample kit or by accessing our online system. 

How to Book a Sample Collection Online

  1. Log on to www.intertek-lintec.com
  2. Click on Request Sample Collection
  3. Complete the simple online form
  4. Receive an automatically generated electronic airway bill and shipping document
  5. Ensure these documents accompany your sample for seamless shipping

Return Your Samples with the PAD Form

  1. Complete the “Request for Bunker Sample Collection” form included in your sample kit
  2. Email the form to: lintec.dhl@intertek.com
  3. Make sure the airway bill and preprinted proforma invoice from your sample kit are included with the sample

Once we receive your request, a local courier will be dispatched to collect the sample. Our team actively monitors the sample’s location to ensure timely delivery to our laboratory.
