Intertek's Global Crude Oil Services Showcased at the Opportunity Crudes Conference

Houston, TX – Intertek, a leading quality solutions provider to industries worldwide, is presenting and exhibiting services and technology supporting the world's crude oil refining industry during the Opportunity Crudes Conference in Houston, Texas, September 14 to 16.

The 2014 Opportunity Crude Conference theme is "Downstream meets Upstream: Right Crudes to Make Products in Demand", reflecting big changes in the global crude oil market over the last few years.

Among other developments, the expansion of shale oil and oil sands production in North America has created new opportunities and market challenges for global refiners. The refined fuel market is transforming thanks to market shifts, regulations, and new and novel crude oil feedstocks.
