Fact Sheet: IEC 61010-2-130 for Lab Equipment in Schools

IEC 61010-2-130 is a new particular standard in the 61010 family that covers requirements for laboratory, measurement and control equipment and accessories intended to be used in educational establishments by students. These are defined as children 3-16 years old operating electrical equipment under supervision of a responsible body.
