Global Supplier Verification (GSV) 2.0 and CTPAT New Minimum Security Criteria
On Demand Webinar
After 17 years of operational experience, US Customs and Border Protection conducted the first-ever review of CTPAT, addressing evolving challenges and threats in the supply chain, and released a new minimum security criteria (MSC) on May 2019 to be implemented in January 2020. The new MSC has incorporated requirements or recommendations related to cybersecurity, protection against agricultural issues, and the expansion of security technology.
Intertek incorporated these new MSC requirements, launching GSV 2.0 beginning of January 2020. This webinar seeks to provide explanation of the updated Global Security Verification criteria (GSV 2.0) and guidance on what a facility needs to do to develop, document, and implement, focusing on the new incorporated areas.
